My coaching stands for transparency and quality.
Transparency and quality are key factors in my coaching.
I am transparent in my approach, my methods, the process and the framework.
I bring sound professional knowledge to the table through my training as a certified psychologist, coach, Gestalt therapist and systemic organizational consultant.
My many years of experience as an executive in HR, coach and executive trainer combine my theoretical knowledge with over 30 years of experience in various practical fields.
A crucial success factor in coaching is the question of fit. A trusting relationship between coach and client is just as important as a good understanding of the client's specific concerns. Whether or not coaching is worthwhile depends on this fit. Quality in this context means following one's intuition. This applies equally to both parties.
Methods aren't everything, but they are an important tool. I use a variety of methods from different disciplines. It's not so important to me whether a method originates from, for example, NLP or transactional analysis. What's important is whether the method is suitable for the issue at hand and the client.
My coaching is goal- and results-oriented. It begins with setting goals and ends with a joint evaluation of goal achievement.
